Shipping Options
Most orders take us two weeks or less to fulfill. After that, you have three delivery options for your new Top Tier cage. You can choose UPS Ground shipping with delivery in 1 to 5 days, depending on location. If you’re local, or otherwise would rather pick up your package yourself, we offer local pick up at our Wake Forest shop. Finally, for larger cages or bulk orders, you can contact us to arrange freight/pallet shipping.
Freight-only shipping
All customers are welcome to contact us to arrange freight/pallet shipping if they have large orders and believe this would be a cheaper or otherwise more effective option. However, certain “oversized” products can only be shipped via freight/pallet or local pickup. Product sizes that qualify as “oversized” are noted on each product page. If you choose UPS shipping for other items in you order, please note that no shipping cost is automatically added for these items; you should call or email us to arrange shipping or pick-up.
Declared Value Insurance
All of our packages are shipped with declared value insurance via UPS. This provides you with the peace of mind that is so important when ordering large, potentially fragile products online. We take special care to package our products as safely and securely as possible. However, if your package arrives broken or otherwise damaged, simply take a photo of the packaging and the product and send it to us as soon as possible so we can provide you with a replacement.
To Ensure Correct Tax Calculation
If you choose to pick up your package locally at our Wake Forest shop, we are legally required to assess sales tax. To ensure that this tax is correctly calculated, please input the following address (our shop) as the shipping address:

Packaging & Policies
All of our packaging is custom-made to ensure a perfect fit for each enclosure. As we designed our packaging, special attention was paid to corner protection and shipping cost minimization. We are constantly evaluating our packaging approach for potential improvements.
While we do our best to package with care, accidents happen in transit. Please report any and all damages within 24 hours of arrival for us to work with you on replacements.
